(NEW SERVICE) With his uniquely integrative approach, Alex creates a comprehensive session drawing on various bodywork modalities to meet each client’s individual needs. Using deeply relaxing Swedish strokes, along with invigorating yogic stretching, passive limb movement, acupressure, reflexology, trigger point and connective tissue therapy, Alex guides his clients on a journey toward greater awareness of their bodies and balance in their lives. Integrated bodywork is performed on a massage table. Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on floor mats. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Cost: $75 for 50 min. session; $95 for 80 min session. Teacher Bio: Licensed Massage Therapist Alex Zivian received his bodywork training at the Finger Lakes School of Massage (Mt. Kisco, NY) and the Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga Massage (Montreal, Canada). His unique blend of this and other bodywork modalities creates an extraordinary customized healing session. |
