The Ascendant or Rising Sign of one’s birthchart is represented by the sign of the zodiac on the horizon at your birth. This Ascendant sign serves as a symbol of your identity (how you present yourself to the world, how others see you, in short, your personality. In this workshop you will learn the meaning of your Ascendant sign, and also discover what and how that sign’s ruling planet acts as a cornerstone for your life unfoldment. This ruling planet shows you both what you must process on a Karmic level, and what you desire to liberate about yourself! Alexander will provide an astrological chart to those who pre-register and provide birth date/time/place at least 48 hours in advance. Cost: $15 if registered and prepaid by Oct. 7th; $20 if registering after the 7th. Teacher Bio: Alexander Mallon has been a professional astrologer, counselor, and spiritual therapist for over thirty years. He has been a pioneer in combining astrological practice with the fields of psychotherapy and healing, providing counseling services to clients as well as training to traditional counselors and therapists in astro-mythology. He holds a degree in Art Therapy from C.W. Post University, L.I.U., and a Certification of Astrological Study from the Astrological Research Center of New York. Alexander has also received training at the Hartford Family Institute in Body-Centered Gestalt Therapy.
