This workshop presents three simple techniques of healing as transmitted through the Sufi Chishtiyya order. With breath as the foundation, these methods of healing incorporate sound, scent and prayer into one unified practice which can lead to increased health and stability in all areas of life. The workshop will conclude with the ritual of the Dervish Healing Order, a group meditational practice, created by Hazrat Inayat Khan, that focuses these three techniques of practice. The Chishtiyya order is traced through the Indian-based lineage of Abu Ahmad Abdal Chishti.
