The ‘future’ self is the integration of our human and divine selves. Once we bring this ‘future’ self into conscious awareness, it becomes a constant resource for our continuing healing and growth. Janet will explain this process and guide you through a journey that will activate the energy of each participant’s ‘future’ self. Teacher Bio: Over the past 22 years, Janet has maintained a private practice in Holistic Psychotherapy, an integration of several traditions, including Western psychotherapy, EMDR trauma work, Peruvian Shamanic energy healing, and work guided by the angelic realm, ascended masters and others in the realm of Spirit.
