Using singing bowls, overtone vocals and animal sounds we will enter a deep meditative state. Transform, heal and restore in this joyous evening of music and stillness and wherever the Spirits of Sounds decide to take us this night. If you wish to use a meditation pillow, you should bring your own. Cost: $15 if registered and prepaid by Jan. 19th; $20 if registering after the 19th. Teacher Bio: Vallerie Legeay was born in Paris, France. She is an opera singer and expert sound healer with voice and bowls. Vallerie is also a 3rd degree Reiki Practitioner.
